Postcard postmarked 3 July 1904 reads: "This is a photo of our match v Norton on the 18th June at Feethams. I am fielding where the cross is. All 3 Darlington teams won again yesterday. We easily beat North Gamesley and by 264 to 116. I scored 13 and took a most wonderful catch at mid on with my left hand." unsigned.
