18th DLI (Durham Pals), part of Kitchener's New Army raised in September 1914 in Durham. Four soldiers (in hospital uniform) wounded at Neuve Chapelle, 27th July 1916 in grounds of Red Cross Hospital, Old Hasting's House, Hastings, Kent. Private F H Sinclair (back left); Lance Corporal J McKeag (back right); Private G E Williamson (front left); Private A Rotheram, "B" Company (front right).
