Band outside Rookhope school, probably a mixture of bands - Rookhope had one "dry" (temperance) band and one "wet" band. The drummer is the village policeman. Back row left is Clyde Woodhall (grandfather of donor of picture) wearing a hat he is known to have had in 1902.
