Mr Herbert Burgin, presentation for 50 years' service to the Royal Life Saving Society. Mr Burgin was a swimmimng teacher for 55 years, was associated with the Scout movement, was a Duke of Edinburgh Awards examiner, and was also involved in water polo, badminton, and Methodism as a Sunday School teacher.
