Darlington, steam lorry transporting castings
Steel stern frames, cast at Darlington Forge for Cunard steamers leaving by road for Birkenhead, on a steam lorry (probably a Sentinel) belonging to Charles Longstaff of Bedford Street, Darlington. The trailer behind the lorry carries coal for fuel on the journey.
