Souvenir of the Battle of Vittoria, 21 June 1813. This framed print, dating from 1807, shows (left to right) Emperor Napoleon of France, King Frederick William III of Prussia and Tsar Alexander I of Russia. Written across the top of the print is 'This print was taken from among the French Army's baggage captured at the Battle of Vittoria on 21 June 1813 by Lieutenant D J Skene of the 68th Light Infantry Regiment'. David Skene was born in 1794 and served with the 68th Light Infantry in the Peninsular War. He was wounded at the Battle of Vittoria. Acc No: 668
